Emillo Santo is an international business with over 30 years bespoke handmade shoemaking experience and one of the largest manufacturer and retailer of bespoke custom handmade shoes. Since 1984, a strong service ethic combined with energy and panache, has built Emillo Santo’s into one of the largest producer of bespoke custom handmade shoes. We have made our efforts continuously to be the best shoe-manufacturer, specializing in the designing/producing of shoes and the contract manufacturing of customer-designed shoes. We've held a solid commitment to four basic principles: Quality, Craftsmanship, Durability and Comfort, which enable us to establish long term mutual benefit alliance with more and more clients around the world. Shoemaking, by non mass production techniques, is now a rare profession. All our products are handmade using traditional shoemaking techniques and methods with new tools, exclusive materials and innovative design. Emillo Santo is an example of how shoes can be made by hand and still remain affordable.
Emillo Santo has raised the bar in delivering high quality handmade shoes at good value like no other shoemaker. It features the highest grade Italian full-grain calfskin leathers, hand-sewn welt construction, full cowhide inner lining, steel shank-reinforced mid-sole for more stability and different options for its full leather insoles and outsoles. We make hand-crafted shoes for gentlemen and ladies, using only the finest quality calfskin. It takes 30 days to make a pair of shoes, involving around 200 highly skilled operations from cutting the leather, stitching the sole, through to finishing. Besides, many other traditional shoemaking methods are still employed, including slow natural drying and polishing. This is why the shoes have a unique quality that no machine can ever match.
